Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the Administrative Control Board of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah (the 'District'), authorizing and approving the execution of an annually renewable Master Lease Agreement, by and between the District and the Local Building Authority of the Weber Area Dispatch 911 and Emergency Services District, Utah (the 'Authority'), authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2016, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $6,000,000; and related matters.
