NOTICE OF PERRY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Planning Commission will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding a land use application for a communication tower to be placed on Perry City property near the Perry City Offices. The public hearing, starting at approximately 7:10 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Planning Commission meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017. After the public hearing, action may be taken on the land use application in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the land use application is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
