1. CONSENT APPROVAL of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes November 9, 2016.

2. REVIEW/DISCUSSION/ACTION for preliminary/final site plan for Phase 1 of a private animal shelter to locate at 1755 North 750 West in the A-1 Zone.

2. REVIEW/DISCUSSION/ACTION on a conditional use permit application for an animal shelter at with an exercise area at 1755 North 750 West (#110200027), and a caretaker residence on adjoining parcel (#110200038).

4. NOMINATE AND ELECT planning commission chairman and vice chairman for 2017.

5. ANNUAL TRAINING
a. Open and Public Meeting Act.
b. Non-discrimination and Sexual Harassment Training.

6. ADJOURN
