Perry – The Three Mile Creek Gun Range is closed to the public unless there is a City- approved Range official on-site regulating the range use and the red range flag is flying. The range is not due to open until April or May. More information will be available when the date gets closer.
The next C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) training will be held at Willard City Hall. This is a very good class to learn how to prepare yourself, your family, your neighborhood, and your city in the event of an emergency. The following dates and times comprise the needed 24 hours to become certified. Please plan to attend as many days as possible. Kindergarten Roundup is for all children who will be five years of age BEFORE Sept. 2, 2015, and are of age to go to kindergarten. At this time, Willard Elementary is trying to locate incoming kindergarten students in the Willard/Perry communities. If you have a child eligible for kindergarten, please contact the school by calling 435-734-4934, or you could just stop by the school at 40 W 50 S in Willard between the hours or 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The actual round-up date for Willard School is March 11, 2015, at the USU Brigham City Campus, Milton P. Miller Building, located at 195 W 1100 S in Brigham. More information will be mailed to you from the school.
Perry City is now taking requests for park reservations. All reservations must be done in person at the Perry City offices and the fee paid at the time of reservation. People with reservations will have first priority to use the parks and athletic fields during their reserved times. Parks that can be reserved are:
Perry Park-2450 S 900 W
Dale Young Park-1200 W 2250 S
Mountain View Park-2400 S 400 W
Anderson Park-690 W 2700 S
