Perry Mid-Singles Ward—Ruth Huff wanted to make sure the campout went off without a hitch at the Box Elder campground. There was food, volleyball, and a great campfire. They spent time roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. The kids had a blast exploring and playing with all their friends. It was nice to have time for the adults to enjoy each other’s company. Some went home after the evenings activities and others stayed until morning. Everyone enjoyed the time with friends and neighbors. Thanks for all those who participated.
Perry 9th Ward—Claudia Petersen set off to make the August 6 Ward party a great success at the Bear River Bottoms Water Slide. With much of the ward coming and bringing salads and desserts there was plenty of food for all. And of course the kids had a blast on the slides even getting a few of the adults to come and join in. It was a great end of summer party.
