Come Join us for our 2nd Annual Heiner's Insurance Car Show benefiting the JUST-a-BREAK Foundation! Participants will receive a dash-plaque and will be eligible to win awards such as "Best of Show" and "Participants Choice" as well as awards from our sponsors. Admission to view the event is free. Pre-registration is $5 per vehicle, and will be matched by a donation by Heiner's Insurance Center. Pre-registration will end on August 1st. Registration will be available the day of the event but will be $10 per vehicle. All registration fees and donations will be donated to the JUST-a-BREAK Foundation. A delightful rendition of William Shakespeare’s 1602 play, Twelfth Night set to the jukebox music of Elvis Presley, this musical will bring crowds to their feet dancing. With classic songs like “Love Me Tender,” “All Shook Up,” “Jailhouse Rock,” “Burning Love” “A Little Less Conversation,” and many more, the audience will be tapping their feet all night long. It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square little state rides a guitar-playing guy who changes everything and everyone he meets in this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy that will have you jumping out of your blue suede shoes.

Directed by Shelby Ferrin, All Shook Up comes to Beverly’s Terrace Plaza Playhouse for the first time, with a whole crowd of new players to the stage. Among the many shows going on around the community during the summer, this show is one that cannot be missed. A perfect mix of comedy and beloved music, the talented group of actors are spending hours to prepare to delight audiences of all ages.

Dave Clegg and Samantha Wursten star as Chad and Natalie, lovers mixed up in the mayhem of disguises and mistaken identities. Love triangles are always a favorite in shows! All Shook Up is a kaleidoscope of relationships that will leave the audiences laughing throughout.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 11-14-318, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on July 27, 2017, the Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of up to $45,000,000 of the District's water revenue bonds (the 'Bonds') and the potential economic impact that the improvements to the District's water system to be financed with the Bonds (the 'Project') will have on the private sector.

The District intends to issue the Bonds to finance certain costs of the Project, refund certain outstanding bonds of the District, fund any necessary debt service reserves, and pay costs of issuance of the Bonds.

The District will not pledge any taxes of the District for the payment of the Bonds, but will pledge, pursuant to that certain Master Resolution Providing for the Issuance of Water Conservancy Revenue Bonds, adopted July 22, 1999, as supplemented and amended from time to time, the revenues attributable to the District's water system for the payment of the Bonds.

The Board will hold the public hearing on July 27, 2017, during the regular Board meeting that begins at 10:00 a.m. The public hearing will be held at the regular meeting place of the Board, located at 2837 East Highway 193, Layton, Utah. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Board, to the attention of the District's Secretary/Treasurer, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, 2837 East Highway 193, Layton, Utah 84040.
