Sat, Jun 01: Glow Run 5K in Draper at Andy Ballard Arena Light up the night at Draper City’s annual Glow Run 5K. Designed for people of all ages and athletic abilities with runners, walkers, strollers, and pets on leash welcome. Glow sticks, bracelets, and necklaces are provided for all registered participants. There will be directional help along the route, with glowing markers and volunteers helping light the way. Our start and finish area is positively glowing – a perfect photo opportunity for you and your team!

The UTOPIA Board of Directors hereby gives notice that they will hold a public hearing to consider an adoption of the 2020 Fiscal Year Budget beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the UTOPIA Offices located at 5858 South 900 East, Murray, Utah. The tentative budget is available for public inspection Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the UTOPIA Offices.

Thu, May 23: Smokey Bear Turns 75! at Discovery Gateway Children's Museum Only you can prevent forest fires! Smokey Bear turns 75 and Discovery Gateway will have historic Smokey portraits on display! We’ll also be providing FREE science programming focusing on how to prevent and put out fires on May 17th, 18th, and 24th from 11:00am to 3:00pm in the learning center, located outside the museum on the ground floor. We will have a mini campsite complete with a make-believe fire, reading tent, a waterfall, and fishing pond!
