Starstruck Dance & Performing Arts is hosting a free Valentine Ball Saturday, February 20th at 2895 South Highway 89 in Perry!   Petite Ball for 5-11 years is 4:30 - 6:15 p.m. and will include photos, ballroom dance instruction, social etiquette, craft and refreshments.
