Tai Chi with Norm Skanchy
Norm Skanchy will lead an Adult Tai Chi workshop recommended for those 45 years and older at the Eccles Community Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. January 6 through February 5, 2015. Chair Yoga with Allison Berlin
Allison Berlin will guide participants in Chair Yoga positions and poses at the Eccles Community Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on Tuesday mornings from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. beginning January 6, 2015.
