The full-time LDS missionaries are having a Brunch this Saturday, January 25th at 11 AM to 1 PM at the Perry Stake Center across the street from the Maverik gas station.
This activity is for everyone of any denomination and is a non-formal meeting with the missionaries. Food will be served, the missionaries will put on a talent show (some of these folks have real talent) and a spiritual message will be shared. Dress is casual.  LDS members are encouraged to invite friends, neighbors and family.

UCCAI Host HOA Preview of 2014 Legislative Agenda in Ogden Area

The Utah Chapter Community Associations Institute announced today a 2014 Legislative Preview here in Ogden, Utah on Saturday, January 18, 2014, 10:00-11:30 am, 3750 Airport Road, Ogden, UT 84405.   

Mindy Knudsen, Executive Director, said the Legislative Review will be conducted by HOA industry experts directly involved in writing past and current legislation involving homeowner associations and the Utah Condominium Ownership Act.  Ms. Knudsen said that member of HOA board of directors and management committees are welcome to join the Chapter .Legislative Action panel to discuss legislation that will be presented to the Utah Legislator during the upcoming legislative session.  She said the meeting location is being graciously hosted by Ray Kimber in his very unique setting on Airport Road.

 

Sarah Crawford is V. President of FCS Community Management, LaMond Woods is Senior Partner of Sentry West Insurance Service, John Morris is an attorney and partner at the Morris-Sperry law firm and John Richards is an attorney and partner at Richards, Kimble & Winn PC law firm.  Both law firms specialize in HOA law.  All on the panel are members of the CAI Legislative Action Committee.  LaMond Woods, Moderator of the panel, said he would invite anyone who is involved in homeowner associations to attend this briefing on Saturday.  Online registration is available at the UCCAI website:  http://www.uccai.net
