Frozen Popcorn Snowballs

Ingredients

½ c. popcorn kernels

3 tbsp. canola oil

½ c. sugar

4 tbsp. butter

5 c. mini marshmallows

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

1 c. M&Ms

Sprinkles or peanuts (optional)

Directions

What you will need:

1 box sugar cookie mix

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 egg

1/3 cup softened cream cheese

1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus additional for surface

Red food coloring

1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

If you head down to see the lights at Temple Square in Salt Lake City, during December, you’ll be amazed at the glorious sight!  Thousands and thousands of Christmas lights are strewn over each limb and branch of the barren trees making it a spectrum of color all around. One cannot help but be in awe of the magical wonder!

Candy Cane Snowman

Ingredients:

30 Big Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows

10 Candy Canes

10 Hershey Kisses (unwrapped)

Pull and Peel Twizzlers (10 strands)

30 red mini M&Ms

10 Reese’s Pieces Minis

White Icing (to act as glue)

Black Gel Icing

Clean Screwdriver (believe me, it works!)
