Congratulations to the band JACK THE LAD for winning multi-region Battle of the Bands. The state Battle will be held on April 12. Good luck!

Please have your child read aloud to you for 20 minutes every day. Please sit next to them to make sure that they are reading each word correctly. Ask your child questions about what they have read to help with comprehension. Also question them about words they may not know.

“Be on the Lookout”

Sports coming to MMA for the 2014-15 School year. We will be teaming up with other charter schools in a region that will allow our school to play and compete with other local district and charter schools. Sports to be offered: co-ed volleyball, girls’ basketball, boys’ basketball, cross country/track, and co-ed soccer. There is the potential to offer baseball/softball as well.
