PUBLIC HEARINGS

The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.

The hearing will be held to receive comments to rezone the property located approximately at 900 E 2700 N from Residential RE-20 to Residential R-1-8 for the purpose of constructing a subdivision. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. For further information contact Rob Scott at 801-737-9841.

In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
