Box Elder County, in accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated 11-13-219, gives public notice of an Interlocal Agreement between Box Elder County and the Tremonton City Redevelopment Agency, authorizing the Tremonton City Redevelopment Agency to receive up to seventy-five percent (75%) of tax increment intended for Box Elder County from and for the Tremont Center Community Development Project Area. The term of the Agreement is for a maximum period of fifteen (15) years. No payment obligation, by either party, is created by this Interlocal Agreement.
A copy of the Interlocal Agreement authorizing the receipt of Tax Increment by the Tremonton City Redevelopment Agency will be available for public review on or before April 22, 2015, at Box Elder County?s Office, located at 1 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302 during regular business hours for a period of thirty (30) days following publication of this notice.
