The peach crop is iffy at best this year, ranging from 25 percent loss to total loss on the peaches. Prices for the peaches and other fruit crops could go up because of the damage of the spring’s hail and cold. The peaches are very marred up and are not as pretty as before but they will be edible. Damage from frost and hail hit some places but not others, so the peach crop at the LDS facility in Pleasant View will be watched with high hope the peach crop does not have too much damage.

We experimented and added a little more dish soap, if needed!  My daughter thought it was fun and enjoyed the mixing part. Then, add a straw to each container and make sure you blow into the mixture. It is like blowing bubbles in your milk or juice.

THE BUZZ ABOUT MOSQUITOS

Weber/Box Elder County--If you have ventured outside lately you cannot help but notice the unusually aggressive mosquito population that has taken over Utah yards. An extra warm and wet spring has made Utah yards beautiful but it has an ugly side effect; mosquitoes that are aggressive and in abundance! On their websites, it is recommended to wear bug repellent with either DEET or Picardin to protect yourself  from the biters that may cause West Nile Virus.
