The question of the year seems to be "Why isn't Congress doing anything?" 

Why are they sitting on their hands? We've seen a lack of action on tax reform and a refusal to confirm federal judges. Now we see it again now with immigration. 

You'd think that with a Republican president and a Republican majority in Congress, we'd see more action on reversing the detrimental impact of the Obama presidency. You'd think we would see great strides in advancing conservative policies. But we don't see Congress doing much of anything! 

Why is that? I'll tell you why.
