Bates Elementary School will be continuing with the Chinese Dual Immersion Program.  We are getting ready for the registration process for the 2019-2020 school year. The first step in this process will be a parent meeting which will be held on Monday, March 11, 2018, from 5:30-6:30 PM in Bates’ library. The purpose of this meeting is to inform parents about our dual immersion program, the registration and changes in selection process, requirements, deadlines, and to answer any questions that you may have.

4 weeks ago we had a Growth Mindset assembly put on by some local fireman. Your student was given a paper with a Hero Challenge on it. If your child was able to complete the Hero Challenge, please send the paper back to school on Monday or Tuesday. Thanks

Majestic Elementary will be hosting our Spanish-Immersion Registration Parent Meeting on Wednesday, February 27th at 5:30 pm in the Majestic Cafeteria. This meeting is intended for current Kindergarten students (from Majestic and surrounding Weber School District area schools) who are interested in enrolling in the program beginning next year (2019-2020).
