Box Elder High

Thursday, November 10, 2016 - 10:00am

Box Elder High School wishes to announce a generous donation to our school from a former student.   Daren Short, a 1996 graduate,  recently donated $50,000 to our automotive program.  Ken Bunce, our automotive teacher, and Daren are working together to enhance the automotive shop and facilities with this funding.  While attending Box Elder High School, Daren developed a love for his automotive studies.  Finding himself in a financial position to do so, he wants to give back.  We would like to thank all alumni who have or are currently assisting our programs through their financial and service support.  The success of Box Elder High School to “Prepare our Students for Life” hinges  on community and school working together.  Thanks to Daren and people like him, we are continually working to fulfill this goal.
