2 c canned peaches, apricots or other fruit
1/3 c catsup
1/3 c vinegar
2 T soy sauce
½ c brown sugar
2 t ginger
1 t salt
dash of pepper
4-8 boneless pork ribs
Throw everything but the meat in the blender. Pour sauce over ribs in a casserole dish with a lid. Bake at 450* for 75 minutes. Bake another 90 minutes @ 350*.
The meat will be so tender and yummy! Serve over rice or noodles or with potatoes.
(I also make this in the crockpot, cooking it on low for about 6 hours- longer if you double the batch.)
