Would you like to see Thomas Ulrich and Kyler Hall perform "High School Musical" together on stage?  Then you better be ready to donate to Quarters & Cans at the Kick off Assembly in November!  This is just one of the performances planned for the event IF certain money totals are reached during the assembly.  Stay tuned each week for more hints at what could happen in the next assembly!!!  Be saving your extra coins & dollar bills!!!

Now is the time to visit teachers for an application for Sterling Scholar. If you need to know who to contact for an application, stop by the counseling center today. 

Girls Basketball tryouts will be held on Monday and Tuesday, November 9th and 10th. Tryouts will begin at 3:00 pm on Monday the 9th and at 5:00 pm on Tuesday the 10th. Please see Coach Mark Hansen for more information.  

2nd quarter attendance class will start on Monday November 2nd at 3:00 pm. You must have more then 1.50 attendance credit loss to sign up. The cost is 45.00 and you must sign up before November 2nd. See Mrs. Knight in the office to get a contract.

For all boys interested in trying out for boys basketball, tryouts will be Monday, November 9th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm and Tuesday from 3:00 - 5:00 pm in the large gym.  Please see Coach Larsen in room 513 or in his office by the gym for questions and to pick up your pre-tryout checklist.

Coach Larsen is looking for managers to help out in this upcoming basketball season.  Please find him in room 513 or in his office by the big gym if you are interested or have questions.

Vokalsport is the name of Weber High's Speech and Debate team, and they are killing it. Last Friday while you were at home, Vokalsport was at Skyview High where they placed 2nd overall. Outstanding students included Joe Storey and Stephen Cummings who took 2nd and 1st in Novice Congress. Amber Healey took 2nd in Novice Extemp, and Amon Pierson was 1st in Novice L.D. Debate. Leading the team was Elle Gossner who placed 1st in both Extemp and Oratory!

Win a Megaplex Movie bucket...it has tickets, a refillable popcorn bucket and two refillable mugs!  All you need to do is donate 5 cans or boxes of food to the food drive this week and your name goes in the raffle!  Bring 5 cans and get one chance...donate 10 cans and get 2 chances!  The more  you donate the more chances to win!  Help us reach our goal of 12,000 cans for the food bank!
