NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City
will hold three Public Hearings on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the City Hall.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request for a conditional use permit for a kennel license for Audrey Rogers located at 3180 North 2700 West
The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request of a conditional use permit for J. Brad Barto Construction Office located at 1750 West 2550 North
The purpose of the third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider approval of the updated fee schedule and other related ordinances
All interested residents are invited to attend.
