Media Advisory: House District 58 Special Election 
 

SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Republican Party will hold a special election to fill the House District 58 seat vacated by Representative Jon Cox. Representative Cox resigned from his legislative position after he was hired to become Governor Herbert's communications director. The special election will occur on Thursday, July 30th.

The time and location of the election will be determined shortly. An additional notice including that information will be sent out within the next week.
