The Willard City Council of the Willard City Corporation will hold a meeting on January 09, 2013, at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows:

2. Open Comment Period (Individuals have three minutes for open comments. If required, items may be referred to department heads for resolution. Items requiring action by the City Council will be placed on the agenda for a future meeting.)

a. Wood-Richards & Associates ? Presentation of 2012-13 Fiscal year independent audit.
b .Consideration of Resolution 2014-1, Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Box Elder County for Building Inspection Services.
b. Consideration of Resolution 2014-2 Approving 2014 Annual meeting and holiday schedule
c. Consideration of Resolution 2014-3 Approving the appointment of Council member Del Fredde to a 4-year Term on the Box Elder Mosquito Abatement District Board
d. Consideration of Resolution 2014-4 Assigning Council member departments and board representative appointments.
e. Consideration of Resolution 2014-5 Appointing designated Councilmembers as authorized bank signers.
Public Hearing ? To take public comment on the proposed changes to the Future Land Use map to include a Manufacturing Zone from 750 N to the north City boundary and from the railroad track west to the west city boundary. The hearing will also be to take public comment on changes to Chapter 12-112 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance, Commercial and Manufacturing Zones, C-N, C-G and M adding the manufacturing zone, defining uses, and changes in uses in the C-N and C-G zones.

1) Consideration of Ordinance 2014-A approving proposed changes to the Future Land Use map to include a Manufacturing Zone from 750 N to the north City boundary and from the railroad track west to the west city boundary.
