Farr West 2nd Ward—On April 9th, the Ward’s Temple night, Michelle Ainge arranged for sealings to be done. The annual Youth Fundraiser on April 8th was”The Great Farr-Western-Hoe-Down,” including dinner, a hoe-down and a bake sale. People came for a good time with open checkbooks to help the youth.

Farr West 7th Ward—After a long spring break week, Tamara Russell invited all the ladies for a Relief Society Activity on Tuesday, April 7, for a girl’s night out.  Very enthusiastic ladies had a great time.

Farr West—Pine View Water Systems turned in water to the canals back on April 14th. The extensive nature of the whole Pine View systems takes 7 to 10 days for the system to charge. When they begin to fill, there are unknown factors of repairs that needed to be done. The system should be ready for use May 1 or sooner, please delay watering until the first of May or until absolutely necessary. There is to be NO WATERING between 10:00 a. m. and 6:00 p.m. daily. Secondary water is for use on landscaping only.

Registration Day:  Registration day is April 8th at the Harrisville Cabin from 9am-1pm and 3-7pm.  Come fill in your registration packets and learn more about our school:  After school programs, meet staff and teachers, take your Kinder screener and organize our Parent Crews.  IF you can help us with registration and have some good person

During the January 22 Farr West City Council meeting, members unanimously voted to revoke the business license for WISCO, Inc for failure to comply with required upgrades to the property in accordance with the site plan created by the City Planning Commission, including erecting a fence to divide the business property from private land and constructing an asphalt driveway.

Farr West/Plain City – It’s Saturday morning and seven friends and their moms are eating breakfast together at Jeremiah's in Ogden. It may not seem like a very special event, but for these friends and moms, it’s a fun time to be able to catch up with one another and reflect on all the fun memories they’ve had together. So what makes this group so special? All seven young men played soccer together out at Fremont High School as well as all serving missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Big Carpet was incorporated in early 1997 by its founder, Dennis Bigelow, after 13 years in the flooring industry, so as to provide better quality and service to discerning Utah customers. Starting from his home office in Clearfield, Dennis began to sell quality flooring to customers who wanted an alternative to the larger, impersonal stores. Demand soon required that he move to an office in Layton. From there, Big Carpet has grown to its current location in Farr West, Utah.
