North Ogden Employee of the Month is Detective Paul Rhoades. Paul Rhoades has worked for the North Ogden Police Department since August 1995. He is educated with a Bachelor’s degree from Weber State University. He is currently in charge of special functions in the department. This job includes grant writing, special functions, compiling reports regarding stats, department public information officer, as well as his detective job. He is very knowledgeable in the use of the computers and systems so that he can extract needed information in a timely and complete manner.
