City Council Approves Project at north Sod Farm: Senior/55+ Community

After months of review by Planning Commission and staff, the City Council approved Cherry Springs Villas on the northern 18 acres of the old sod farm at 100 East 2700 North. This neighborhood will be a beautiful 55+ community of 84 attached, for-sale homes. This developer has built 15 similar communities in Utah and has years of experience.

We want to recognize North Ogden City Chief, Kevin Warren, who retired on Aug 31st, 2017.  After 41 years of dedicated service, Kevin Warren decided it was time to help at home. Chief Warren completed his entire professional career at North Ogden City, starting briefly in Public Works before finding his true calling in the North Ogden Police Department.
