North Ogden Hometown highlights - November

There have been some great improvements and changes happening in North Ogden; and according to Mayor Taylor, “City leaders have been very productive creating conditions to help existing businesses succeed and to attract new businesses.  The sales taxes from higher commercial property businesses are an essential part of the City economy and more businesses means lower residential property taxes and better quality of life as we don’t have to drive as far.  We are making full use of the economic development tools available through the City’s Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Community Developmen

Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's

It isn’t every day that a whimsical nanny soars in on a mysterious breeze and changes your life. That is, unless you live at 17 Cherry Street Lane. Every day is filled with joy, laughter, and love - and every night is spent dancing on the rooftops of London. So believe in the magic of MARY POPPINS and fly away to a place where anything can happen... if you let it!

Follow-Up Article on Water Quality by Mayor Brent Taylor

The Standard Examiner published, what I feel, was a balanced and well-written follow-up article on water quality and testing. I raised concerns about a previous article because it contained some incorrect information about Chromium-6 regulatory standards in California. I appreciate Mark Shenefelt's taking the time to address this issue in a follow-up.
