What hunters should expect for the upcoming waterfowl hunts

SALT LAKE CITY — It’s a quiet, still morning as you sit near the edge of a lake in your blind. You hear some birds in the distance and turn your head to see several ducks flying in toward you. Your heartbeat quickens, and you slowly raise your shotgun. Waterfowl hunting season is finally here.

President Trump promised "America will never be a socialist country" -- at least not while he's in office. 

But some members of his administration didn't get the memo. The Department of Health and Human Services still plans to impose socialist, European-style price controls on advanced drugs administered through Medicare.

The proposal would tie Medicare's drug reimbursement rates to the average prices paid by governments that impose price controls on medicines. Officials hope their scheme will reduce pharmaceutical spending in America.

This Tuesday, September 17, is Constitution Day, arguably the most forgotten designated day in America.  The mainstream media will say nothing of it.  No parades or city council proclamations.  No three-day weekend, beer busts or barbecues in its favor.  It is as though it never happened.  Probably not one in ten can tell what happened this day in 1787; it has been forgotten so long.
