North Ogden Residents Happy to See the Old Christmas Ornaments Back Up!

Growing up in North Ogden at Christmas time meant taking loaves of warm bread to our neighbors with my Mom. Occasionally, we’d sing a carol or two as we stood at the doorstep. This warmed my heart knowing I was doing something to remember what Christmas was all about: giving to others.

If you struggle to get your child to school on time, here are afew suggestions:

A quick message from Mayor Brent Taylor, “I would like to congratulate Blake Cevering and Sara Fawson for their election to the North Ogden City Council, and to thank them and all of those who ran and for the positive campaigns everyone led.  We are fortunate to live in a great country where we get to freely and fairly elect our own leaders.  Public service is a great honor and all of us who you have elected thank you for your confidence and trust.  As we close out this year and focus on friends and family during the holiday season, I want to assure you that your North Ogden City team conti

As your Holiday shopping increases, please consider signing up for Smith's new Earn and Learn program!

Smith's has recently redone their Earn and Learn Donation Program so, if you were previously signed up, you will need to re-register in order for Bates to be your charity of choice.  Smith's donations are used to provide additional classroom aide support and supplies throughout the school. We previously had over 500 families registered with Smith's and we are now down to 30, so we really need your help with this.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is Dollars for Donuts in our coin collection to help families in need. For every dollar a student brings in, they receive a bite-size donut. Bring in $5 and they get a pack of donuts!  Donuts will be distributed at lunchtime.

Help us bring some holiday happiness to families that could use a little help!

Thank you for your generosity!

Sincerely,

Ms. Wright
