A Kid’s Right to Work-

What began as an effort to look at a “rotten ordinance” has evolved through the process of writing this article.  Let’s start at the beginning.

Super Simple Ribs

2 c canned peaches, apricots or other fruit

1/3 c catsup

1/3 c vinegar

2 T soy sauce

½ c brown sugar

2 t ginger

1 t salt

dash of pepper

4-8 boneless pork ribs

Throw everything but the meat in the blender.  Pour sauce over ribs in a casserole dish with a lid.  Bake at 450* for 75 minutes.  Bake another 90 minutes @ 350*. 

 

The meat will be so tender and yummy! Serve over rice or noodles or with potatoes. 

Mormon Brigham City Utah Temple Opens for Public Tours

Construciton is complete for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints' Brigham City temple.  The temple open house is currently under way and will continue through mid-September.  The dedication will be performed by President Boyd K. Packer on September 23rd in 3 sessions.  Advance reservations can be made by visiting www.templeopenhouse.lds.org or by calling 1-855-537-2000.
