The proposed request is for revisions to the Development Agreement, proposed changes to the plan to include a new 600 South off ramp, Commercial Center, Front Runner Station and Skywalk over freeway to Willard Bay State Park. The proposed plan will also increase the density in Phase 1 from 3.6 units per acre to 4.0 units per acre and will address design changes to Phase 1.
