Easy to Demand That "Something" Must Be Done

I can sympathize with children over the tragic deaths from a school shooter.

But demanding that "something" be done is akin to demanding a law that says "everyone must be good." It's not so simple.

The intent is noble, the reality of any new law specifically preventing shootings... not very realistic.

3200 people are killed by Illegal Aliens on America's highways every year. That's 9 "every day." And many of those are children.

Recently I wrote that under seemingly worthy goals of stopping the spread of socialism, then drugs, then terrorism we seemingly invited ourselves into every world conflict. Were globalists covertly using these causes instead to build an American Empire?  As a college professor teaching current events for 40 plus years, I had to come to this conclusion.

America was again shocked, as it should be, by the latest tragic school shooting in Parkland, Florida.

What has become of respect of God and respect for precious human life and suffering?
