Amendment 32: United States Citizenship and

                               Voting Responsibility

Section 1.  Any person, regardless of the soil on which born, with at least one parent who was an American citizen, whether naturalized or not, IS a natural born American citizen and eligible for any rights and privileges afforded to any other American citizen AND subject to the same responsibilities of any other American citizen.

Media on Media in America ...

It seems like all the media can talk about these days is ...the media.  And still, they continue to shoot themselves in the foot.  

Let’s be specific.  I’m talking mainly about the mainstream 24 hr. cable news channels.  The old networks (CBS, NBC. ABC) have reduced themselves into a whole new category, that I like to call ...write-offs.

“Foreign Policy: Russia”

    “The enemy of my enemy is my friend,”an ancient proverb attributed to several difference sources, has often been the relationship between the United States and the U.S.S.R. (somewhat now Russia). We were allies during war, but the political doctrines have never been completely compatible. While there are certainly issues between Russia and much of the western world, enemies is not a productive term to use for the relationship.

Amendment 31: Congressional Status and

                                   Compensation

Section 1.  Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives will hereafter be designated State Employees; they will no longer be compensated out of the federal budget.

Amendment 28: Balanced Budget

“Universal Health Insurance Proposal”

      There is a simpler way for Americans to be provided with health care; universal health care is and must be that solution. The United States should be the leader in making certain that every American has access to necessary medical care, 100% covered, no co-pays for anything. There are two parts to the system: the individual and the insurance company. The only responsibility that the United States government should have in this transaction is being the bookkeeper.

Amendment 30: Term Limits

Section 1.  The President of the United States will be restricted to one, six-year term, a maximum of eight years if succeeding to the Presidency from the Vice-Presidency.  The eight years are not required to be continuous service.

Section 2.  The Vice-President may not serve more than six years in said office.
